The reception area was decent, but the rooms were overpriced for what they offered; the river‑side rooms were pathetic, there was no service at all, and the empty alcohol bottles were left on the tables in front of the rooms—now they’re removed, yet the place still feels unhygienic for the price they charge.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues with my room, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning unit from the adjacent room caused a continuous loud noise that came through the ceiling, and to make matters worse, I noticed an open hole in the ceiling with a pigeon nesting inside, creating an unhygienic environment. However, I did enjoy the food during my stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the various problems I encountered.

I think the hotel could improve its dining experience by offering a more diverse range of food options. Unfortunately, I didn't have any negative experiences to report, but I believe that expanding the menu would enhance the overall stay for guests.

I had a wonderful time at this resort, which is beautifully located in a calm and serene atmosphere, with the added bonus of the Kali River flowing behind it. The food was great, and I thoroughly enjoyed the rafting experience, as well as the various activities available for kids, making it a family-friendly stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and quick to assist with our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

While I appreciated the hotel's location, I was disappointed with the lack of complimentary food and entertainment options, considering the high charges. The property seems to fall short in providing value for the price, especially with regards to kids' charges, which are not age-specific.
