Very clean, comfortable, and good service. It’s close to the Torreón area where there are many restaurants and spots to grab a drink, and you can walk there.

Cleanliness and facilities were very well maintained. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, with easy parking nearby, fifteen minutes on foot from the city centre, and very quiet. Everything was perfect.

From the moment we arrived, every staff member was charming, attentive, close, and always ready to help, going beyond what one normally expects from a hotel. They even arranged a package pickup for us and guided us to nearby services and shops whenever we needed anything, all with kindness and complete willingness. The facilities were superb: the room was very comfortable and well‑kept, the bathroom spotless, the cleaning excellent, and towels and everything else perfectly prepared. You can see how much care and attention go into the details to make the stay pleasant. We travel frequently for work, and this is exactly the type of accommodation we look for: comfortable, clean, well‑maintained, and especially with a human touch that makes you feel well taken care of from the first moment. The experience was so positive that we already have another stay booked for next week. For us, who travel often for work, finding a comfortable, well‑maintained place with such close service makes it a top choice whenever we return to the area. Highly recommended. A 10 for the whole team. Nothing negative to mention. Our experience was excellent.
