The hotel sits close to the airport, making the return trip stress‑free with an optional transfer service. The pool area is very pleasant and mostly quiet despite being near the road and the airport. The hot tub isn’t heated, which is disappointing for the low season when temperatures aren’t high enough to enjoy it.

Everything was great – the housekeeping, breakfast staff, and overall cleanliness made the room comfortable and the hotel well maintained. The airport noise can bother some guests, but it didn’t bother us.

The suites were excellent and comfortable, featuring a lovely hot tub. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful.

Our kids joked that we were staying at Buckingham Palace after seeing the photos we sent! The shuttle was exceptional and reasonably priced; we used it to get to the hotel, then back to the airport to catch a train into Milan, and then the reverse route. Breakfast was included and the bed was comfortable with a large room.
