The overall cleanliness of the place was okay, but the linens and towels weren't clean enough. Kids were handling the reservations; I booked a deluxe queen room but upon arrival they said it wasn't available and gave me a single room instead, promising a deluxe queen the next night. When that night came, they again said it wasn't available—disrespectful. There was no toilet paper, shower gel, or even a trash bin in the room, even though that was mentioned in the booking.
