The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. The hotel advertised a spa, which was a key reason for choosing it over others, but we were told upon arrival that the spa had been out of service for six months; the dinner food quality was poor, and nothing was done on site, with the stone soup being low quality.

Everything was fine: the staff were kind, the managers listened well and were very friendly, and there were no issues.
