The hotel’s cleanliness was extremely poor, with visible dust, dirty bathroom surfaces, and unmade beds, showing a lack of maintenance and housekeeping; the bedding and towels were substandard and reused.

The location works, but the room was dirty, the towel felt rough and only one was provided, the commode seat was broken, the wash basin was clogged, the shower mixer knob was broken, and the elevator was cramped and smelled bad.
