I like this property; it was an excellent experience.

I spent hours looking for a hotel that didn’t exist, and the address led me to a restaurant on the second floor that didn’t even know about HOTEL KHASI HERITAGE, so I’m very disappointed by the misleading post and the staff who didn’t answer my calls or messages and even asked me for early payment outside the booking app, which shocked me. Check this ad before you fall into the same situation.

We were informed that the quadruple room we booked was not available and it was not possible for our family to accommodate in triple room. Hence we had to move to new location. It was really shocking to know that the room was not available whereas I booked it . It's totally not acceptable.
