“not at all enjoyable.”

Breakfast was acceptable. The entry door from outside never stayed closed or locked, which is absurd. The rooms had an air freshener that made us nauseated. The TV didn’t work, and the listings were inaccurate. The front desk said they’d send someone to fix it the next day, but we were leaving that same day.

“Should be advertised as a motel, not a hotel”

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, which was also handicap accessible. However, I felt misled by the hotel's advertisement, as the pictures didn't show that the room entrances were outside. To make matters worse, my room had some issues with the internet and remote control, but the management was helpful in resolving them. If I had known about the external entrances beforehand, I wouldn't have booked the room.

I was really appreciative of the room's amenities, which included full dishes, cutlery, coffee, and a fridge with an icemaker - it felt like a home away from home. However, I had a bit of a regret, as I meant to request a first-floor room, and next time I will, since my friend has some mobility issues and the stairs were a bit of a challenge.
