The place was a nightmare—bugs everywhere in the room I booked, so I asked for a new one and the staff member who barely spoke English offered a refund, but I still had to stay and fight bites all night. The rooms were in dire need of repair, with dirty walls and holes everywhere, making the whole hotel feel disgusting. At the price they charge, this is a terrible deal and they should either renovate or shut down.

None of it. They canceled my reservation due to our room becoming unrentable and didn't bother to contact me so I drove 2 hours to get there and had to turn around and drive home as they were the only lodging in the area. The woman at the desk was unapologetic and frankly rude blaming for the mess. I contacted and they called the motel manager right away. The hotel manager was rude to the agent and hung up on her. It ruined our weekend getaway and wasted a tank of gas

The location of this hotel was its only redeeming quality, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the subpar conditions I encountered. The room was freezing, with no heat to speak of, and the hot water was scarce, making it difficult to even take a comfortable shower. My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with the location being one of the highlights. However, the room I was given was in a deplorable state, reeking of urine and swarming with flies. The floors and bathroom counters were also unclean, which made it difficult for me to relax in the space. Despite the location's convenience, the poor room conditions left a sour taste in my mouth.
