Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about; the hotel is exceptional and the staff in Olvega are wonderful. We’ll definitely come back, it’s a five‑star hotel.

From the room I could see fantastic views. The Terrassa Moncayo lookout was beautiful. The room and bathroom were huge. The bed was enormous. The bedding was good (the towels were not so great). There was a fridge in the room. Everything was very clean. The room and bathroom were luxurious, though not my preferred aesthetic. The man at reception was very friendly; the woman was more reserved. We had a car breakdown, mentioned we might have to leave earlier but didn’t know how or when… we told him about 13 h. He said we still had to pay (we already knew we’d take a non‑refundable rate) but never offered any help, nor asked if we needed a taxi, etc. He only said that if we left we’d have to toss the plates into the mailbox… A very cold attitude for someone who just lost a car and doesn’t know how to get around.
