The building looked nice, but the breakfast room felt too dark; we rented bikes from another hotel and had a great day out. There was never enough crockery at breakfast, and they claimed to have bikes but actually didn’t during the off‑season.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the pool was gorgeous, breakfast was excellent, and the wine was fabulous.

Perfect for pilgrims, but I didn’t get to use the pool; it should be better promoted. Consider starter packs of essentials for those on the road.
