The staff were okay. The glass was broken, the receptionist was very rude, and the bedsheets were torn. We had originally planned for two rooms and two nights, but suddenly the plan changed to one night in one room. The receptionist argued about not being informed early and charged us an extra cancellation fee that should have been free.

**Extremely disappointing experience.** We travelled all the way from Mumbai and had already paid the full amount for the room we specifically selected and booked. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the room we had booked was not available. Instead, we were given a different room, along with an explanation that another couple had extended their stay and that our original room would only be available in the evening. This was completely unacceptable. If the selected room was not available, the property should not have accepted the booking in the first place. At the very least, a proper alternative room should have been arranged in advance. The room provided to us was extremely suffocating, had no proper windows or ventilation, and was nowhere close to what we had expected or paid for. There was also no proper backup arrangement, and the overall service was highly disappointing. Even parking arrangements were not satisfactory. Considering we travelled from Mumbai specifically for a staycation, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We ultimately had no choice but to request a refund and look for another property. **I would personally recommend looking for a better option for your staycation rather than booking the VIP Guest Room here. “Overall best only one thing to maintain repaint their room looks very dull”

I like the location, entrance, and facilities, but it was nothing for me; I didn’t like it.

The location is good, but no basic amenities were provided: wifi was not working properly, the ceiling fan was only a small wall fan, the bathroom window was half broken and covered with a curtain. Don’t stay there.
