The reception staff were fantastic (big thanks to Ulises), the premises are very pretty, the place feels very welcoming, the room layout is comfortable, and the location is ideal, half a block from the center, with a spectacular view from the terrace. The entire décor of the rooms and the hotel from the moment you arrive immerses you in Taxco’s culture. I would definitely come back. The overall cleanliness was good, but we were unlucky that our bed hadn’t been cleaned properly; when I tried to sleep I found many hairs in the sheets. The reception staff handled the issue, but it’s still uncomfortable to experience that, and it unsettles you. The rooms lack soundproofing, so in the morning you’re woken by people checking out or the restaurant. It would be good to add a nearby parking partnership or offer more options.
