Having stayed here before, I was again impressed by the excellent experience; the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout, and I’d definitely return to Congress Hotel when I’m back in Vilnius.

The hotel’s location is superb—central and everything of interest is easily walkable. However, the facilities are lacking: the restaurant only opens for breakfast, so there’s no option to order dinner in the hotel. While you can quickly order food from outside via Wolt or Bolt Eats, I would expect a 4‑star hotel to have room‑service delivered by the concierge, which isn’t the case; you must pick up your food at reception. A bathrobe is only available on request, and towels are scarce—sometimes I had just one in the room, which felt a bit low.

“Bardzo udany wyjazd , dobra lokalizacja i bardzo empatyczne podejście personelu !”

The room was spotless, the breakfasts were great, and the ladies at reception were very friendly; everything was fine.
