Bellissima location, ottima posizione, tranquilla e panoramica, proprietari gentili e disponibili. Tutto perfetto, tranne la comodità del letto, materasso e rete troppo molle, non va bene per chi soffre di male di schiena

The place is gorgeous, set in lush greenery and meticulously cared for; we stayed two nights and loved everything—from spotless cleanliness and total silence to breathtaking views over the hills of Fermo and the San Giorgio harbor, with the owners being incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. It would have been perfect in this scorching summer to have an air‑conditioner, or at least a ceiling fan.

This little slice of paradise, run by two angels, sits on hills where peace and relaxation dominate; the breathtaking sunsets, meticulous attention to detail inside and out, comfortable beds, spotless rooms, and genuine hospitality made us feel more at home than ever, thanks to Antonio, Sabine, and their wonderful team who set a high standard for hosts.
