The location is great, close to a large shopping center, clean and modern, and the staff are helpful and friendly, but I didn't like the breakfast, which was unnecessarily fancy; the hotel is small, and facilities like the gym and pool are more for show than actual use; guests change frequently; it's not a place for long stays or vacations, better suited for weekend or business trips.

From the instant I arrived, the staff made me feel at home with their warmth, hospitality, and attentiveness. Checking in was quick and efficient, and my room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully furnished with every amenity I could need. The hotel’s location was ideal—close to major sights yet calm enough to unwind. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful details, like the comfy bedding, premium toiletries, and the breathtaking view from my window.

The front desk staff were genuinely helpful, especially when a receptionist assisted me during a birthday surprise and everything went smoothly. The twin room I stayed in was roomy, with a tub, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. Connecting the TV to streaming sites and YouTube was straightforward. Breakfast came as a generous buffet, and I liked the idea of having a meal for breakfast and receiving tins to take some back to my room. No complaints.
