“A room in an apartment is what this accommodation is. Very confusing check in process.”
I liked the location, near the Vatican. The check‑in process was very confusing, and I received the instructions on the day of my arrival; because I arrived very late I didn’t have the patience and energy to go through the very very confusing instructions. Plus the room was a bedroom in a four‑bedroom apartment – with a shared bathroom! The advertisement didn’t state a shared bathroom otherwise I would not have booked it! I had to lock my bedroom door every time I went to the bathroom. So beware, this is not a hotel, it is a room in an apartment. While it was very clear and there seemed to be no one around, it was not what I was expecting. Plus after I checked out they asked me to leave them a very good review, they wrote: “We would greatly appreciate a positive review. To best support us, a score of 9 or 10 stars is preferred.” Hmmm
