The location was amazing, overlooking the lake, and the room was fantastic. The outdoor sitting area was a nice little treat. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The parking lot was a bit small.

It was a basic motel but had everything needed for an overnight stop on our trip and was quite clean. The communication and service were awful this time, and it was our second visit. We were told via text that the entry code would be provided between 1‑1:30 pm for a 2 pm check‑in, which felt a bit uncomfortable but acceptable. When we arrived at 3:30 pm after a long drive, there was no code and the reception was closed, leaving only a note with a phone number to call. I wasn’t happy with the motel’s service; it was the first day of a long weekend and everyone seemed busy. I called twice with no answer, then sent a message that was replied to with “I will call you back,” but no call came. After 10 minutes I called again and finally a female answered. She apologized and sent our code, but I didn’t feel the apology was sincere, so I won’t stay there again.
