Communication was a total failure and only after check‑in was it cancelled, and I was told to cancel. Be careful, it’s a rip‑off!

I was scammed for this booking. contacted , and nobody responded. Contacted the owner, and the phone went on voice call. Wrote several messages to the owner and . All my messages are unanswered. To make matters worse, the said location of the building is under construction. I talked to the locals and I saw it. I need my FULL REFUND. Two hours before check‑in I called the accommodation to find out how to get the key, and they told me I would receive that info by email. An hour later I got an email saying the reservation was cancelled because no room was available, as if they didn’t know that one hour earlier… I still haven’t received my money back, which is extremely unfriendly.
