The décor, the staff’s kindness, the quality of the bed, and the spaciousness of the room were all great, and the hammock on the terrace was a nice touch. The noise from a huge nightclub far away kept going for a large part of the night.

Kleine Oase auf Holbox. Super schönes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen und sehr ruhig. Zimmer war top und sehr sauber. Besonders toll war das Personal! Wir hatten eine sehr stressige Anreise mit gecanceltem Flug, späterer Anreise und verlorenem Gepäck. Das Personal hat uns direkt angeboten, die Nacht kostenfrei zu stornieren, hat unseren Transfer direkt umorganisiert und vor Ort dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns direkt von der anstrengenden Anreise erholen konnten. Wirklich ein toller Service! Außerdem ist das Frühstück auch wirklich sehr reichlich und lecker! Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war super :)

The staff were especially professional and pleasant. The streets of the island are constantly flooded, creating an unhygienic and terribly uncomfortable situation, and the hotel met the situation by refunding part of the reservation when we decided to leave. The room was small and heavily decorated.
