The homestay was excellent—very clean, perfectly located near the main road with plenty of restaurants, yet still a quiet spot. We stayed for 5 days, and the owner and his wife were very helpful and flexible, arranging everything at a good price so we didn’t have to go elsewhere. It’s a lovely place, so just book it.

The family were the nicest people, always eager to help with trips and drivers, recommending the best sights and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. It’s very well priced for the location and room size, so I’d recommend it to everyone.

The location was perfect—close to everything and quiet. The owners are friendly and helpful, making it a great spot for long stays. Whenever I come back to Ninh Binh, this will be my first choice again.
