The Classic Triple Room offers one single bed and one large double bed, accommodating three guests. The private bathroom includes a bathtub or shower, a bidet, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Air‑conditioning, sound‑proof walls, a wardrobe, a minibar and a flat‑screen satellite TV complete the room’s amenities.
“For the price we paid in August, the hotel is value for money.”
The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms felt modern, spacious, and fully equipped. I liked the firm mattresses, which are my preference. The staff were very helpful, and check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy. I asked for two rooms close together with twin beds, and the request was fulfilled. Getting a late check‑out until 12 pm was also a plus. The only downside is that the hotel is half a mile from the nearest metro station.

We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, but the handling of technical problems was terrible: a broken phone was reported on the second day to request missing towels; we were promised a replacement, but it never arrived. A broken shower was reported but no action was taken. On the last night the AC stopped working, so we had to leave the room door open, making it impossible to sleep because of the heat and the fear that someone might walk in. At 6:30 AM reception offered no solution whatsoever. Friendly staff alone isn’t enough when basic services and customer support are missing.

I’ve been coming here for four years and always feel comfortable; the recent renovation is noticeable. It’s conveniently close to San Paolo metro and offers excellent car parking, though the breakfast could use some improvement.
The location was good, but the room for three adults had a double bed and a sofa‑bed that forced one adult to hang his feet off the edge, making it very uncomfortable, and the mattress felt like a sponge—quite disappointing.
