The staff were friendly, yet we kept hearing unwanted noise in the room, which they later blamed on the air‑conditioning that was clearly off; we had to change rooms at 23:30 to finally sleep. It’s absurd to run an AC at 1000 m in a place that claims to live in harmony with nature, and overall I can’t recommend this spot to mountain lovers.
