It was a fascinating stay, a unique place to unplug from daily life and experience a different kind of lodging amid nature. The remote location made logistics tricky, and even though Grab seemed to offer a driver, it proved hard to get one.

I absolutely love it, the experience of connecting with nature and merging with the jungle is amazing, and the hotel staff are top‑class. The kids were a bit of a challenge.

We stayed one night in the hotel. The room is located inside a rainforest, with blinds that let outside and inside mix. Sleeping is on a mattress. The forest sounds are clear. For those seeking an authentic, less pampered nature experience, this is perfect. The staff are pleasant and the service good. We took a jungle tour through the hotel, which was great. The water flow in the shower was weak and the water wasn’t very hot.

The cabins are really nice, set in the jungle, peaceful and by a river, a truly unique experience. The tours are fun, transfers are good, and the food is also fine. Some doors didn’t close properly – the front door wouldn’t lock from the inside and the toilet door kept opening when it wasn’t latched. It was also very damp and stuffy, with many insects and bugs, but we understand that’s part of the experience.
