“Value for money and kindest staff”
The hotel is undeniably fantastic, and the staff are exceptionally good.
My overall experience at this hotel was quite pleasant, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the room's air conditioning, which seemed to be malfunctioning and made the room feel a bit warm. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to local attractions and the comfortable beds in my room made up for the inconvenience. The hotel's breakfast selection was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. However, I did notice that the facilities could use a bit of improvement to bring them up to par.
The only downside was being informed that the hotel was fully booked until later; the room I received differed from the one I had booked, though it was acceptable. The reception staff were exceptionally good. Parking was very limited.
