The rooms were large and spotless, the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the restaurant served tasty food that stayed open late, and the location was great for exploring the heart of Kashi; it was only a 50 m walk from the police barricade, and the porters were very helpful. There was nothing to complain about, so the slight premium price is justified. I will stay again and thank all the staff for their help.

The place was very tidy, the staff were courteous, and the nearby restaurant 1916 was good; just call them and they’ll handle any extra requests. I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers, families, and groups.

Location was only good. Breakfast options are terrible. Plus if you request for anything in room say towel or anything, they don’t entertain
