“Normal”
The location is good. No other comments.
The welcome was incredibly warm! The hotel managers are very attentive, ensuring you’re comfortable without you having to ask. It’s remarkable to have staff anticipate every little need to make life easier. My husband, who has limited mobility, had everything arranged for his comfort, and the ground floor is adapted for such situations. The room was spotless, the bed comfy, and breakfast varied. The shower was also very clean, just a bit small. Absolutely recommend!
“Very poor never stay there again”
It was a nightmare trying to get into the bed.

The place is right next to the highway, which is great for a single night. Instead of a key, you get a door code that works fine. The room is practical, every corner is used, though it’s a bit small and noisy. Breakfast is adequate. The downside is there’s no kettle or coffee machine in the room.
The reception was friendly, and getting to the hotel via metro and bus from Lille Flandre station is easy, with a small shop right next door.
