I paid a low price and the facilities were decent, but the bathroom door lock in my room was broken and needs fixing.

The location is fine and the staff were friendly, but the place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained – the bathroom and sheets smelled bad, and the towel for the bath was almost stained and black.

The place was spotless, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was tasty; overall, it was a very comfortable stay ❤️

The location is close to the services. The photos do not match reality, the bathroom door is crooked and broken, and the furniture is old.

“Never recommend to anyone or never would come here again”

Nothing. The bedsheets were stained with no staff to change at night, room was full of flies and insects, we were provided an alternative room after we requested, no WiFi password provided which is a basic thing to start with, mineral water is provided everywhere hotel we stay, they provided with a glass refill bottle with drinking water the top of the bottle was too dirty , I have attached pics for the cap, the sink in the toilet was provided with dishwasher liquid which I couldn’t understand why would they place a dishwasher liquid in the bathroom sink?? Morning breakfast is something they provided and was inclusive but you don’t have any option whatever they provide is the breakfast, atleast not many option to be given they can provide atleast 2 options, well I would never recommend anyone for these hotel, the worse thing is I chose the hotel because of the rating and location, although location was good but rating is manipulated I think. I wanted to add more pictures but only 4 pictures could be added, to add 1 more thing the windows have plain transparent glasses which is a see through glass to the rooms although the rooms have blinds but blinds keep on moving because of the fan wind and hence privacy issue was a concern, at night around 1:00 am staff started opening and closing doors, making loud noises in the corridor which again is a nightmare
