“Good location and value”
The staff were lovely, but the bathroom cleanliness and the slow service at the restaurant on a Monday night were disappointing.

Located in over 7 acres of gardens, the 4-star Parkway Hotel & Spa in Cwmbran features a leisure club with a 15-metre swimming pool, sauna, and spa bath. The room was quite nice, but it started to feel a bit tired. The restaurant was not good and the service was very slow even though it was almost empty. There was little on the menu, and half of what was listed wasn’t available. I ordered a fillet steak, but 20 minutes later they said it was unavailable, so I got a sirloin steak that wasn’t good.

The ambience and facilities were lovely, and there was nothing particularly negative.

The location was nice and quiet, the rooms were comfortable, and the spa facilities were good. The buffet breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.
