The staff, especially the food staff, were super nice and the free breakfast offered many options, but this was the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed at; hallway noise, rattling doors whenever someone closed theirs, an hourly train horn, motorcycle revving, car thumping music, and a drunken roommate who started fighting were constant disturbances; the bed squeaked with every movement, the furniture was old, there were no outlets or USB plugs near the couch, the light switches beside the bed were so high you had to stand to turn them, and the bathroom sink was located in the room instead of the bathroom—a setup I hadn’t seen in over 20 years; overall, by the time we left we were grateful we didn’t pay full price and completely exhausted.
