We arrived to find the carpet unvacuumed and a few items on the floor; the sheets were fine, but a few dead insects were present.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for years, and everything’s consistent, though the breakfast doesn’t start early enough.

We stayed for the kids, the space was clean and fit us perfectly; the food and drinks were good, and the kids loved the pool and other amenities, having the area all to themselves.

I stayed in a quiet, beautiful garden with great parking, but the rooms and beds only got cleaned after we asked.
