The staff were friendly and helpful, yet the hotel itself was unclean: sheets and pillows had a bad smell and were without fresh covers. The air conditioning was loud, and a foul odor leaked from the bathroom. Breakfast was held in a separate building outside the hotel. I’m sure Delhi has hotels with a better value for money.

The front desk felt dishonest; they advertised a 90‑rate exchange but told me a $50 bill could only be exchanged at 88, something I’ve never seen even at other Indian money‑changers. When I asked to extend my stay they seemed to try to raise the price by about a thousand rupees, which I refused. The room itself was fine, but travelers should watch the reception.

The location information provided by management was inaccurate, so I couldn’t locate the property. It was nighttime when my train arrived late, making it difficult to find your stays on time. It turned into a hassle to get to another location. Consider upgrading.

The staff were friendly, the neighborhood was pleasant, and there was an excellent restaurant around the corner, but the room had no window and the air was miserable even with a fan.
