Breakfast featured top‑tier products, the gym was well equipped, and many floors offered city views. However, the parking incurs an extra fee and the hotel’s status suffers because you can easily park outside.

The décor looked nice, but there was no complimentary water and the single bottle we drank—despite our request—was charged. Few amenities: just one hand soap for two people, no shoe cleaner or shoe brush. Even with a spa and pool, slippers and robes are only available on the top floor, so you end up walking around in a swimsuit. We’ve stayed here three times over the past three years with partners, family, and friends, and the service has dropped dramatically; the hotel no longer feels like it used to. The suite we received—once a top category—was far from impressive.

The spot was convenient, the room was spacious, and breakfast satisfied. In the bathroom, there were caps to keep hair dry in the shower.
