“Disgraceful”
Absolutely nothing bar the location. Breakfast Dirty Were made to pay cash on arrival Staff Cockroaches on arrival This place is a disgrace. 2 days into a 4 night stay we receive a message to come back as there were issues. There were problems with pests and plumbing. They offered us a refund for the remaining 2 nights. I advised that this was unacceptable and demanded a full refund for the inconvenience. After approx 1 hour they agreed on 3 nights and this wasn't until i scanned the QR code for a review. On arrival we were made to pay cash even though had our credit card details. As soon a we went into our room there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The butter at breakfast had hair in it. This place should be condemned
