I’ve stayed at Hotel Sir before; when I travel to Bucharest for a short stay, I go to Sir. It’s convenient, offers good value for money, and has met my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone.

The room was pretty nicely decorated, clean, and I appreciated that the heating was on, because we were arriving early in the morning after a wedding and it was quite cold outside. The pillow seemed a bit odd at first, with bumps, but I slept surprisingly well. Overall we felt comfortable. Our room faced the main street, so there was quite a bit of noise. I saw there were better rooms, so it’s probably worth asking for a quieter one with a view of the back.
