“Nature”
The best part of this hotel was the LOCATION & SIZE of the actual room. Other than that, there was a lack of communication to inform the customer about situations that the customer had to understand but there wasn’t.

تواجد اغراض الغساله نظافه الغرفه صالة المعيشه. لا يوجد شطاف معدات المطبخ غير نظيفه سبا مغلق ماركت مغلق المصعد لا يتحرك الى الاسفل الاستقبال المنطقة غير حركية لاتوجد حياه فيها

The place has a great location and a balcony with multiple views, and the kitchen tools are available, but I booked 5 nights and the extra bed was awful; when I asked for a refund, they refused and I had to sit there with no help from reception.
The room is good, with a stunning view from the windows and a super balcony. It’s a little wobbly, but everything works, everything is in place, and everything is there. The price/quality ratio is 10/10. The location is very convenient relative to the ski slopes; you can walk to Diddveli in ski boots. The restaurant has a respectable kitchen and service, very tasty and authentic. There’s a ski locker downstairs.
The spot is spot on, and the room feels super comfy with a gorgeous view, but the room lacked towels, hand wash, and shampoo, and the water was cloudy.
