The exterior looked quite old, but the interior was beautifully renovated with good facilities, which was great; however, although it was advertised as having a balcony, it was completely unusable.

Cozy Corner in Tokyo offers spacious rooms with parquet floors, a balcony overlooking mountain views, and a hot tub. Free Wi‑Fi, a lift, and air‑conditioning enhance comfort, while a fully equipped kitchen, spa bath, and washing machine cater to long stays. Located 23 km from Haneda Airport, it is a short walk from Shokenji and Saisho‑ji temples, and near Sakurayama Park.

We had everything we needed (we didn't cook, so keep that in mind); there were two rooms, one of which we used for luggage but it also had a bed, a small table, and a chair. The balcony was suitable for drying clothes, not much else. An elevator was available and the place was just a one‑minute walk from Ochiai station. Across the street was a FamilyMart where you could ship luggage via Yamato service. Body wash, shampoo, and a hair mask were provided. A tattoo‑friendly onsen was about a two‑minute walk away, which was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable, though the mattress was quite soft and would likely sag if you’re heavy. The apartment was clean, but there was a humidity issue in the shower that sometimes left a smell afterward—keep the fan running for a while. The washing machine was easy to use and detergent was supplied. Two umbrellas were also a nice touch. The host sent a photo manual on how to locate the accommodation, making it very easy to find and no trouble getting the key. The location was superb, the Tozai line was convenient, the area was quiet, and it wasn’t too crowded. The only thing I missed was a shoehorn :D Also, the jacuzzi was more of a tub; I didn’t have any expectations and didn’t try it, so maybe I’m being overly critical :D

The spot is quiet and a good place to unwind.

The apartment was very roomy and the location was decent, though a little off the main tourist path. It had all the amenities you’d need and was very comfortable. The price was reasonable for Tokyo. The building itself is old and it took a while to locate the key, but once inside everything was fine.

I struggled to get into the room because the pre‑shown PIN was wrong.
