The décor is modern and pleasant, and the kitchen’s coffee machine was a real highlight. However, there were many mosquitoes and only one screened window; a brief warning would have saved us a lot of bites.

The view of Salzburg was great, but there was a noticeable blueish odor throughout the building.

There was nothing positive to mention. The listing was misleading; the room was scorching hot, swarming with mosquitoes, and offered almost nothing. Sleep was nearly impossible, the room was dirty, and it sat on the second floor without an elevator, making luggage transport exhausting. I would never return. The spa was actually at a different hotel about a 5‑minute drive away, which was acceptable.

We had no contact with anyone and didn't even know where the café was. We ended up without coffee, unable to use any facilities because everything was locked and there was no staff to help.
