The staff, especially Bíró Ilona, were not as friendly and welcoming as they could have been; I was turned away at the gate because it was closed and I couldn't get in, only later did the owner call back, which felt frustrating after a long 700 km journey. The fridge in the hallway was noisy, the washbasin was dripping, and the toilet paper holder kept falling off.

We spent a truly beautiful four days in this villa; the location is perfect and the view from the room is gorgeous. The owner and the staff were kind, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The setting is quiet and the courtyard is spacious and clean, but everything is very old—doors, windows, and carpets. The water would stop when you needed it most, so you’d have to stand in the shower and wait for it to resume. The drainage was clogged, so I ended up turning the bathroom into a “pool.” The TV was a tube model. There were no pillows, so I had to borrow some from another room. The room and bathroom smelled, the carpet was dirty, and you couldn’t walk barefoot. A window in the room we stayed in was broken. Overall, it felt empty, old, and cold, like a relic from the old communist clinics.
