The location is great, and the cognac is good, but the food could have been better.

The place is calm with a nice terrace offering a view, and the rooms look better in person than in the photos. They provide local dinner and breakfast options.

A local family greeted us with free coffee and a cake; dinner and breakfast were tasty and good value. The terrace view is amazing and relaxing, and there's a small shop inside where you can buy water and snacks for the next day. Dogs bark in the backyard, but that's normal in Georgia.

The location is great for various trips, with huge facilities and balconies that have gardens. The accommodation is on a road that has no traffic at night and is a good stop 15 km from the city. Communication is extremely difficult if you don't speak Russian. Breakfast is average and dinner is below average (liver and pork leftovers floating in oil, stale bread). The host, who knows a little English, is a bit scary; the other host doesn't speak a single word of English but smiles.

The accommodation is very clean and well maintained, with a shared kitchen on the floor, a terrace, and a washing machine. We had a room for five with a private bathroom. The ladies running the place are very hardworking, friendly, and helpful. They solved a lost/stolen phone issue, and the owner's daughter, who speaks English, helped us talk to the police when our Russian knowledge was insufficient. We really appreciate how the whole family actively engaged in solving our problem. We stayed in a room for five, and besides a nightstand there was no furniture – we would have liked a small table, a chair, a wardrobe where we could unpack. Food is more expensive, but that seems to be the standard in the area.
