The room size is very comfortable, the facilities are well maintained, it was very clean and it’s super well located if you need to be near Barajas. It’s well connected to go to other places if you need to move around. Plus it’s very close to bars and restaurants, and to a shop if you need to buy water or groceries. The price/quality ratio is very good. I had no contact with the staff, although I must say they always responded to me on WhatsApp quickly when I had questions, but I never saw anyone, which is nice to have. Still, nothing stops me from staying again if I want to be close to the airport.

The proximity to the airport is a plus. The time policy is not very flexible. I’m not satisfied with the check‑in from 15:00 and check‑out at 11:00. I arrived at 23:00 and still had to leave the room at 11:00 the next day. I think there should be more flexibility for late arrivals, because the actual rest time is very limited. I asked the place if they could offer an alternative and they simply said I had to follow their policy, with no consideration for my situation. I understand that accommodations set times, but better customer service means listening to reasonable requests from guests. This is something they should improve and consider before booking.

Simple accommodation but extremely well kept, excellent space, spotless cleanliness, service 10/10. Nothing bothered me.

The spot is great, just a stone's throw from the airport, making it perfect for a single night, and the shower was spot‑clean and flawless.
