Location, clean and friendly staff. The air was pumped in, and the scent was too strong in the lobby and elevators.

The reception staff were very friendly, and in fact all the staff were awesome and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were amazing, the beds were super comfortable and clean, and the views over the fountain were great. The lifts were kept very clean, and the whole hotel smelled lovely. I would definitely recommend it. No pool.
