Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Shelby, NC

The weekday selection was lacking, but the weekend breakfast was good. The room cleaning policy required a night‑before request.

“terrible experience wouldn’t recommend staying here.”

The bathroom smelled bad, and the shower had a stain in it.

“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.”

The room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable; I felt very safe throughout my stay. The staff were truly exceptional, and I’ll definitely book with Country Inn again without hesitation. Thanks to everyone on the team. I liked everything and wouldn’t change a thing.

“Nice place to stay which I will do the next time I visit. Please remind customers with kids to please be considerate of”

The staff were friendly, the price was reasonable, the room was spacious, the bed and sofa were comfortable, and the location was convenient. The room could have been cleaner—it was dusty—and kids were running up and down the hallway.
