The location was good. The cleanliness was terrible, customer service was lacking, they were not friendly, and they didn’t try to help.
The location is great, the beds are super comfy, and the breakfast room is bright and clean. Carol keeps the food and coffee fresh and hot. The tub is extremely high‑sided; as a senior with some flexibility issues, lower tubs would be better.

We stayed only one night. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, and the room was clean. The facility feels old—like a 1990s hotel—everywhere, from the room to the bathrooms to the amenities, everything looked worn out.
