“Не рекомендую для семей”
Room cleaning was good, breakfast decent but pricey, and the pool was attractive. Unfortunately, our room smelled awful, the carpet was odorous, and there was a mouse under the sink; we were offered a different room and accepted, yet the mouse kept running straight through the hotel corridor.
“Good stay in total”
The staff were pleasant and the location excellent, but the bed was not great.
“Very spacious room with friendly staff.”
The room was spacious, the staff very friendly, and everything was good. Some wear and tear were visible in the rooms, but overall the value for the location was solid.
The room had a moldy and mildewed odor.
I loved the location, and the front desk associate explained all the amenities, including fresh, tasty complimentary cookies; the room was spacious, clean, and centrally located about 15 minutes from uptown, and I’d definitely book here again when I’m in Charlotte. However, a wet‑carpet smell in the breezeway—something that hadn’t been cleaned—was the only thing that kept me from giving a perfect score, so I rate the stay 8 out of 10.
