I was thrilled to discover a private lounge for us, and the dining area was spotless. The rooms were stunning, with gorgeous décor and extremely comfortable beds that had high‑quality linens; every room had a hairdryer, tea, and coffee facilities, and one room even had a bath that I truly enjoyed one evening. The only downside was the remoteness: we’re half an hour from the nearest shops or services on a single‑track road, so walking out was a long trek, but that’s part of the charm. Also, the B&B currently has scaffolding in front where the roof tiles are being replaced.

The location is great if you want to visit NcNean and prefer walking to the hotel. The overall accessibility is thanks to the single‑track roads of the Morven peninsula, which are adventurous but a lot of fun. The staff are friendly, the dinner is pretty good, and the breakfast is sufficient. Pure nature.

The scenery is beautiful, the property is exquisite, and the room feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. It’s very clean, comfortable, and the staff are lovely.
