The room was a good size with a comfy bed, clean and newly furnished, and the coffee was excellent and varied. However, the bathtub made showering tricky because it splashes water everywhere, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the sound insulation was poor so you could hear your neighbor’s conversation, which takes away privacy.

We booked this place after our original apartment fell through a week before the trip, and with only limited options for a group of 12, it really delivered on value, a solid breakfast selection, spotless facilities, and a convenient location.

There was an old‑style tub, but the shower worked better, and the breakfast left something to be desired.

Breakfast was excellent, the location is superb, and the room was clean, though it felt a bit dated.
