The staff are great, the rooms are good, and the location is perfect. The elevators were under maintenance, so staying with a child and an elderly person meant we were put in room 311 and had to go up and down for everything; breakfast was repetitive, nothing different day to day, and the hotel’s structure was very simple.

I liked it; the staff treated us very well, especially Marcelo who was a thousand. The only thing that needs improvement is the door, in terms of how it opens.

The spot is spot‑on, right in the heart of the city, close to a lot of things and in a completely safe area, which was a big factor for me since I value safety a lot! The bathroom had a leak, but it didn’t stop me from using it.
