The location of the Hof is great for trips to the Odenwald. The car and the accommodation were clean and well maintained. The owner was very friendly. When we arrived, the outside temperature and the temperature inside the car were 10 °C. Finding the heating and the operating instructions was difficult. To reach the very clean toilet, we had to go over the courtyard in very cold weather. At night and in cold temperatures it was not very comfortable.
I was warmly welcomed by the host and was able to check in early, which was a nice surprise. The accommodation was tidy and comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that the toilet and shower were located in a separate building, requiring me to walk past the residents of the main house to access them.
