The staff were super attentive and the breakfast was well organized. Cleanliness in the hallways and rooms was spot‑on. But the reception lights were off while we were waiting, so we had to stand in a dim area. Also, there’s no parking on site, so we had to rent a spot at the next hotel, and it was pricey.

The hotel’s location is spot‑on—right across from Vila Germânica. Breakfast was good and they offer gluten‑free options if you ask. The room was roomy, the shower worked well, and the wardrobe was big. We did wish there was a trash bin in the room. The blankets could have been packaged in plastic to keep them clean.
